UK solar lead generation

£1.38 million in solar sales. One installer. One month.

That's what we delivered for Kieran at KMM Energy Solutions in March: 19 solar installs at a £71,000 average order value. Seven came directly from the AI lead engine we installed in February. We build the same engine for a small number of MCS-accredited installers each quarter.

Our methodology

A three-phase system. Installed, managed, reported.

Everstate runs an institutional-grade lead-generation programme on behalf of each installer client. Every campaign follows the same documented three-phase methodology, refined across £8.2m of delivered revenue.

Phase 01 Lead generation

Branded Meta & Instagram campaigns

Our strategy team designs the offer, creative and audience targeting around your panel brand, install size and patch. Recommended ad spend: £30–£50 per day for 4–8 net new installs / month.

  • AI-assisted creative production
  • Postcode & income targeting
  • Energy-bill intent filtering
  • Weekly creative rotation
Phase 02 Qualification & nurture

Multi-touch homeowner qualification

Inbounds are scored on roof orientation, energy spend, grant eligibility and timeline. Non-buyers are nurtured via email & SMS for the full 1–6 month buyer-intent window. No-shows reduced via automated reminders.

  • MCS-aware homeowner filtering
  • Email + SMS nurture sequences
  • Booking reminder automation
  • Optional appointment-setter staffing
Phase 03 Tracking & reporting

GoHighLevel CRM & cost-per-acquisition

We install GoHighLevel CRM and Google Sheets reporting on day one. Weekly reports show cost-per-lead, cost-per-booking and cost-per-install. You see exactly what each install costs you to acquire.

  • CRM & pipeline installation
  • Weekly performance reviews
  • Cost-per-acquisition transparency
  • Quarterly strategy resets
Try it

Scan your postcode. See how many MCS-eligible roofs are looking right now.

No demo call. No form. Type your postcode, watch us scan it live. If your area's open, we'll book you in on the call.

Drop a UK postcode in. We'll show you how many south-facing roofs we'd target this month, live.
How it works

Three machines. A full install diary.

Everstate plugs into one of the fastest growing corners of the UK economy. Domestic solar. Battery storage. EV chargers. Heat pumps. We run the entire top of your funnel on autopilot, then hand you a homeowner who already wants the install.

01 / Strategy

The pitch nobody else has.

We build the ad creative around your panel brand (JA Solar, Sunpower, REC), your patch, your typical install size and the grants your homeowners actually qualify for. Not a template. Not a borrowed playbook from a US solar company.

02 / Audience

A local audience before they need you.

Hyper-targeted Instagram campaigns build you a following of homeowners worried about energy bills, EV charging and grant deadlines. Even the non-buyers become installs in twelve months.

03 / Leads

Installs with your name on them.

Every inbound is scored on roof orientation, postcode (MCS reach), bill size, timeline and grant eligibility. You only see the ones worth quoting. Yours. Never resold to the four other installers in your patch.

The maths

What is one extra install a week actually worth?

Move the dials to match your business. Our installers usually settle somewhere on the right.

This month we did 19 sales for solar, with an average order value of £71,000, and we did £1.38 million in sales. Which for us is revolutionary. Seven of them came straight from the online leads.

We've been with Everstate Media less than two months. Six weeks. We've quoted about £60,000 worth of work through their leads and won three jobs at around £25,000. The rest of the quotes are still landing.

Straight answers

The honest version.

What kind of numbers should I actually expect?
At £30–50 per day in Meta ad spend (about £900–£1,500 a month), our typical installer adds 4 to 8 extra solar sales every month. Kieran at KMM Energy hit 19 sales in his record month, 7 from our leads. Your numbers depend on close rate and average install size, but you'll see real qualified bookings inside the first four weeks.
How fast will I see my first install booked?
Most installers book their first quote inside two weeks and close their first install inside four. The qualification engine takes about seven days to learn your area before lead quality really lifts. KMM's first proper month was a record-breaker. Yours might lag the first 3 weeks then stack up fast.
What if my postcode is already taken?
We work exclusive per trade per postcode area. If another MCS-accredited solar installer in your patch is already with us, we put you on the waitlist or offer the nearest area we can guarantee results in. We never run two solar installers in one place.
How much does it cost?
One flat monthly service fee on top of your ad budget. No setup charge. No per-lead fees. No twelve-month tie-in. Pricing depends on whether you want the AI-only package or the full videography option. We share exact numbers on the demo call once we know your area and capacity.
How is this different from Checkatrade, TrustATrader or Bark?
Those platforms sell the same homeowner enquiry to four-to-six installers and bill you whether the lead picks up or not. We run your own branded Meta ads, qualify each enquiry on intent and budget, and route it to one installer. You. If they ghost we replace the lead. That's the whole difference.
What's the AI actually doing?
Three jobs. One: it generates branded Meta ad creative around your install style and panel brand. Two: it qualifies inbound enquiries on roof type, energy bill, timeline and grant fit before alerting you. Three: it tracks cost-per-acquisition (not just cost-per-lead) so you know exactly what your installs are costing.
What do I need on my end to make it work?
We install GoHighLevel CRM and tracking sheets for you in week one. We can also bring in a trained appointment-setter / admin if your team's already maxed out (premium tier). KMM Energy went from paper diaries losing half their leads, to a full system, in our first month together.
Do you do battery, EV and heat pump leads too?
Yes. We target solar-only, solar + battery, EV charger combos, or air-source heat pumps. If you offer multiple, we build separate campaigns so the right enquiry hits the right person on your team.
